Tae Kwon Do is an Olympic sport. It is often called Korean Karate.
This 2000 year old art form respects the traditional past but relates to today’s youth. You will learn kicking and punching techniques, Poomses (forms), self-defense, basic Korean terminology, drills and sparring.
Ages 4-5 1/2 The Lil Dragons program is designed to teach children important life skills in a fun, exciting, and enriching manner. While each child is developing their attention span and coordination, the class promotes group activities that show the children the benefits of good behavior. The physical skills are designed to be appropriate for the age group and the motor development stage they are in.
