2 kicks & 2 punch/strikes, alternating hands and feet. Non-stop, fluid motion.

 

7)  Knowledge:

– All “knowledge” previously learned-to-date, plus:

– Count from 1 to 80, hana-YoDeun, in Korean Cardinal numbers

– Korean term for Master Instructor (Kwon jam nim)

– Review Opening and Closing Procedures

– Know names of body parts: Neck (Mok), Fist (Jumeok), Murup (Knee), Elbow (Palkoop)

 

8)  Sparring Demonstration

 

9)   Demonstrate 7 block & punch/strike combinations (must write out and turn in prior to class) with Korean terminology in a straight line
