December Newsletter

Hello CTC Family,
I read this quote the other day and thought it was a good way to conduct ourselves in life.

”What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us”

I have always stated that I’m most proud of our students character development more than who has the best kick or punch. Yet again this weekend, I had a parent tell me how amazed he was that Tae kwon Do has helped his daughter’s confidence and how much she has grown. These are the best compliments I can receive. Thank You!

Please enjoy your Holiday season with family. Lori, Abby and I truly appreciate that you have chosen to train with us at Coronado Training Center. We realize you have other choices and we always try to meet you and/or your families expectations. We will have some more exciting changes happening in December and January 2012. We would like your feedback when the projects are completed.

Again, Thank You for choosing CTC

Sunday, September 18, 2011
(Date changed for city permitting reasons)

1:00pm – 4:00pm
Spreckels Park
Orange Ave
(across from Library)

Event Highlights:

• Gather family together to celebrate the end of Summer
• Demonstration Team – performing breaks, forms, etc.
• Play games and hang out with classmates outside the studio
• Celebrate our different cultures by experiencing some different foods from our students’ family heritage.

Coronado Training Center will provide Hamburgers, Hot Dogs and Water and we ask our guests to bring a main dish from their heritage. We have students from many countries throughout the world and we feel it would be fun to celebrate and share our ethnic dishes. Not in the mood to cook? That’s okay! Maybe you could bring a dessert or chips/ice/soda.
