Come Join The Fun!
This fun, high energy, hour long class is a triple threat: combining a variety of cardiovascular exercises (jump rope, kickboxing moves, etc), strength training elements (hand weights, resistance bands), with balance and flexibility moves (incorporating yoga and pilates) to provide a total and complete workout. The class is formatted to fit all fitness levels.
